own and distribute ChekFaxx MICR Check Writing Software.
The company offers e-commerce products that enable
sellers of goods and services on the internet to accept payment
from their customers via credit card or by drafting the buyers bank account in
accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code and Federal
banking regulations.
